Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the complete recruitment life-cycle for high-volume BPO clients (Customer Support, Technical Support, Sales, Process Associates).
Naukri Resdex Mastery:
Utilize
Naukri Resdex
effectively to source candidates using advanced Boolean searches, keywords, and filters to identify relevant profiles.
Sourcing Strategy:
Source candidates through various channels, including job portals (Naukri, Shine), social media, referrals, and cold calling, with a heavy focus on database mining.
Screening & Shortlisting:
Conduct an initial telephonic screening to assess candidate communication skills, stability, and suitability for BPO roles.
Drive Management:
Organize and coordinate recruitment drives and walk-in interviews for bulk requirements.
Stakeholder Management:
Coordinate with client HR teams for interview scheduling, feedback, and onboarding processes.
Pipeline Management:
Maintain a strong pipeline of active candidates to ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) for critical requirements.
