Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tandoor Commis to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Prepare and cook food in a tandoor oven to ensure high-quality dishes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to achieve culinary excellence.
  • Develop new recipes and menus to keep culinary offerings fresh.
  • Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.
  • Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Tandoor Chef or in a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and menu planning.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, maintaining composure and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils, including cleaning and maintenance procedures.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring every dish meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.
