Job Overview. We are seeking a talented and driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team at Touchstone Educationals LLP. As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting highly qualified candidates to fulfill our company's hiring needs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Qualifications And Skills. 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. Knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices. Familiarity with job boards, social media platforms, and other sourcing channels. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office. Proactive and self-motivated with a can-do attitude. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Roles And Responsibilities. Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract and identify qualified candidates. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess applicant qualifications. Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements. Post job advertisements on relevant job boards and social media channels. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate interviews and coordinate the interview schedule. Conduct reference checks and background verification of potential candidates. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation.
