Note: This is a requirement for one of the Workassist Hiring Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for all open positions – from sourcing to onboarding – across business verticals including Sales, Investments, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, and Technology.
• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and define job requirements.
• Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies using multiple channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and campus hiring.
• Shortlist profiles, conduct preliminary HR rounds, and coordinate technical interviews with respective functional heads.
• Extend offers, negotiate compensation, and ensure timely onboarding.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to strengthen employer branding initiatives via LinkedIn, campus events, and internal campaigns.
• Maintain and publish recruitment metrics (TAT, source mix, offer-to-join ratio, etc.) and present hiring dashboards to senior management.
• Lead campus engagement, summer internship programs, and management trainee onboarding for leading B-Schools and other academic institutions.
• Ensure recruitment processes align with internal audit and SEBI compliance norms.
