    2+ years

    in team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of tech roles and industry trends.
  • Expertise in ATS tools and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for process improvement.
