Technical Recruitment Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of technical recruiters.
Own
end-to-end recruitment
for technical roles.
Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and timelines.
Build strong talent pipelines using innovative sourcing strategies.
Track and optimize recruitment metrics for efficiency.
Champion an exceptional candidate experience and employer brand.

What Were Looking For

6+ years
in technical recruiting;
2+ years
in team leadership.
Strong knowledge of tech roles and industry trends.
Expertise in ATS tools and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
