Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The role also includes developing and maintaining employer branding strategies, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
Skills in Employer Branding and Recruiting strategies
Proficiency in Interviewing and candidate assessment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Familiarity with recruitment tools and software
Experience in the technology sector is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
