Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Gurgaon. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The individual will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop employer branding strategies, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees. Duties will also include maintaining recruiting databases, providing recruitment reports, and maintaining compliance with hiring regulations.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, Interviewing skills
• Experience in Hiring and Employer Branding
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site in Lucknow
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Experience with recruiting software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is beneficial
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
