Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates to meet the company's staffing needs. Additional responsibilities include building relationships with hiring managers, managing the recruitment process, creating job descriptions, posting job ads, and coordinating interview schedules. The role also involves using various recruitment tools and techniques to attract top talent and maintaining recruitment metrics to evaluate the efficiency of the hiring process.

• Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
• Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to work with hiring managers
• Strong organizational skills for managing recruitment processes and interview schedules
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques
• Strong communication skills and the ability to create compelling job descriptions and postings
• Ability to analyze and maintain recruitment metrics
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the co-working or real estate industry is a plus
