Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies to meet consulting hiring goals (Analyst to Partner level).
  • Manage Team of Talent Acquisition and lead them in proper.
  • Worked on Incentive part and project handling.
  • Partner with consulting leadership to align workforce planning with project pipelines.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing.
  • Manage job postings, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations with hiring managers.
  • Drive campus recruitment, lateral hiring, and diversity hiring initiatives.
  • Leverage recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and provide data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with external recruitment partners and internal HR operations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and processes.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, delivering an excellent candidate experience.
  • Stay updated on market trends and talent intelligence in the consulting industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 6+ years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 3 years in consulting/professional services hiring.
  • Proven success in hiring for consulting roles (strategy, technology, project management).
  • Strong knowledge of consulting business models, skills frameworks, and project-based staffing.
  • Proficiency in ATS systems and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Boards, CRM).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with focus on process improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing a recruitment team or working in a global/shared services environment.
  • Exposure to employer branding and recruitment marketing within consulting firms.
  • Familiarity with Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) hiring and campus recruitment programs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
