Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Consultant to strengthen our hiring team. This role is vital in driving recruitment efforts — from crafting compelling job descriptions and sourcing top talent to managing the offer process and ensuring smooth onboarding. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about connecting the right talent with meaningful opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling job descriptions to attract the right talent.
• Proactively source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, referrals, and networking.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure alignment with recruitment needs.
• Facilitate a seamless interview process, ensuring timely feedback and decision-making.
• Maintain a recruitment tracker to monitor hiring progress and maintain accurate records.
• Engage with candidates throughout the hiring cycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate offer releases, salary negotiations, and pre-joining formalities.
• Optimize recruitment strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and market trends.
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and guidelines.

Qualification & Skills

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in handling recruitment.
• Soft Skills: Confident, self-driven, team player with excellent communication skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and managing job portals.
• Education: Graduate in any specialization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹480,000.00 per year
