The role is crucial for bringing genuine patient cases that can be supported through our NGO’s programs. Key Responsibilities Visit hospitals, diagnostic centers, and local communities to identify new cancer patient cases. Collect and verify patient details (medical documents, financial background, treatment plan). Document cases and share with the NGO team for fundraising support. Build trust with patients and families, explaining how the NGO can help. Coordinate with doctors, social workers, and hospital staff to find genuine cases. Who Can Apply Students of BSW / MSW / Sociology / Public Health or anyone passionate about social work. Willingness to work on-field, travel within the city, and interact with patients. Good communication, empathy, and documentation skills. Interest in healthcare and community service. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs. Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure alignment with recruitment needs. Facilitate a seamless interview process, ensuring timely feedback and decision-making. Maintain a recruitment tracker to monitor hiring progress and maintain accurate records. Engage with candidates throughout the hiring cycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
