Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Hojai. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee the full life cycle of recruiting, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. Responsibilities include developing and implementing employer branding strategies, conducting interviews, and efficiently managing the hiring process. The specialist will collaborate with various departments to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
