Join SpectraHR as a Recruitment Specialist, where you will shape talent acquisition strategies and build lasting client partnerships. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence hiring success while advising organizations on workforce planning and talent market trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to deeply understand their hiring objectives, company culture, and workforce strategies.
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle: job briefing, sourcing, candidate assessment, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
• Develop and implement targeted talent sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
• Manage multiple client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor to deliver tailored hiring solutions and exceed expectations.
• Provide clients with market intelligence, salary benchmarks, and insights on talent availability.
• Build well-qualified talent pipelines for immediate and future staffing needs.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a smooth experience for both clients and candidates.
• Maintain records and reporting in ATS and CRM systems.
• Represent SpectraHR in client meetings, championing our recruitment expertise and strengthening partnerships.
