Position: Junior Architect for industrial warehouse Type: Full-Time Location: Mundhwa, Pune Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in architecture (B.Arch.) or a related field Role Overview: We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Architect to join our growing team immediately . This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a strong foundation in design and hands-on experience in the Real estate sector . You will collaborate with senior architects and consultant's acrossvarious stages of Design and construction, contributing to high-impact projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing architectural concepts and detailed construction drawings. Support the preparation of design presentations and documentation for planning and approvals. Create high-quality 3D models and renderings to effectively communicate design intent. Participate in project meetings to ensure alignment with client requirements. Collaborate with senior architects to resolve on-site and design-related challenges. Maintain awareness of current building codes, materials, and market trends. Software Proficiency (Required): AutoCAD SketchUp Lumion Enscape Adobe Photoshop 3D Modeling & Rendering Tools Requirements: Experience working on architectural projects in the Real estate industry Immediate joiners preferred Show more Show less
