Role & responsibilities:


We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Professional to join our growing Dairy organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving Talent Acquisition and HR Analytics while supporting business objectives and fostering a positive work culture. This role demands a hands-on HR professional who can work closely with business leaders in identifying and recruiting the right talent to Sid’s Farm.


Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Location: Hyderabad


Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for mid-senior and entry-level roles (includes Frontline Sales), ensuring timely and quality hires.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and build effective sourcing/screening strategies.
  • Manage campus hiring initiatives for field and trainee roles.


HR Operations

  • Oversee HR documentation, onboarding, and recruitment lifecycle management
  • Maintain accurate HR dashboards and MIS reports for management.


Policy Implementation

  • Assist in the development and rollout of Recruitment (or related) policies in alignment with business needs.


Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to handle multi-location talent needs in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools, MS Excel, and reporting dashboards
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
