About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources department and oversee our full-cycle recruiting. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, offer management, and onboarding.
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder).
• Working closely with hiring managers and the team leads to understanding job requirements and delivering quality candidates.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment independently.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment tools is a plus.
