Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for mid-senior and entry level roles (includes Frontline Sales), ensuring timely and quality hires.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and build effective sourcing / screening strategies.
  • Manage campus hiring initiatives for field and trainee roles.

HR Operations

  • Oversee HR documentation, onboarding, and recruitment lifecycle management
  • Maintain accurate HR dashboards and MIS reports for management.

Policy Implementation

  • Assist in development and rollout of Recruitment (or related) policies in alignment with business needs.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to handle multi-location talent needs in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools, MS Excel, and reporting dashboards
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
