Key Responsibilities:

1) Talent Sourcing & Acquisition

• • Design and execute strategic recruitment plans.

• • Source candidates via job portals

• • Identify and engage both active and passive candidates with innovative sourcing techniques.

2) Candidate Screening & Evaluation

• • Review resumes and assess based on skills, experience, and company fit.

• • Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to evaluate qualifications.

• • Keep our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated with candidate details.

3) Process Coordination & Recruitment Operations

• • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

• • Ensure a smooth, efficient recruitment process.

• • Maintain records and analyze trends to enhance our hiring strategies.
