Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, source top talent, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment — from understanding requirements to onboarding.
• Source candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, references, campus drives, etc.).
• Screen and evaluate resumes based on role requirements.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical or managerial rounds.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs.
• Manage offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding processes.
• Ensure a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent engagement strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in IT, engineering, or technical domains.
• Strong understanding of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage hiring for multiple roles simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (Zoho Recruit preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
