Take clear creative briefs and build out content ideas, scripts, and formats across digital. 2. Work closely with designers, editors, DOPs, and writers to drive end-to-end execution 3. Manage and coordinate timelines for in-house content — from planning to publishing 4. Assist with shoot planning, scripting, and on-ground execution 5. Review content for brand tone, message clarity, and storytelling impact 6. Collaborate with growth and performance teams to align messaging across platforms 7. Adapt campaign ideas into different content formats — reels, statics, carousels, scripts, etc. 8. Ensure every piece of content is rooted in Sid’s Farm’s tone and voice Must Have: 1. 1–2 years of experience in brand content, social media, or creative execution roles. 2. Strong writing instincts — for headlines, hooks, and captions 3. Experience working with cross-functional creative teams 4. An eye for what works on Instagram, YouTube, and content-first platforms 5. High attention to detail and strong follow-through 6. Ability to manage timelines and see things through, even under tight deadlines Show more Show less
