About the Role

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  end-to-end recruitment

  for IT & Non-IT roles (Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, Testing, Sales, PM, AM, etc.).
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand role requirements.
• Source and screen candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate

  technical and cultural fit

  .
• Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiation.
• Maintain and update recruitment

  reports, dashboards, and trackers

  .
• Build a strong pipeline of high-quality talent for current and future needs.
• Ensure a

  positive candidate experience

  throughout the hiring process.
• Adhere to

  client compliance standards

  and internal recruitment best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in
