Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and strategy:

  Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract candidates through online channels, social media, and professional networks.

• Recruitment management:

  Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, including creating job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the offer process.

• Collaboration:

  Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs, define job requirements, and ensure a seamless hiring process.

• Candidate relationship management:

  Foster long-term relationships with both passive and active candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.

• Branding and events:

  Lead or support employer branding initiatives by attending job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company's culture.

• Metrics and reporting:

  Track recruitment metrics, analyze data to identify trends, and provide reports to management to optimize the hiring process.

• Compliance:

  Ensure that all hiring practices comply with relevant employment laws and company policies.

Required skills and qualifications

• Education:

  A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred.

• Experience:

  Previous work experience in a talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting role. The specific number of years required depends on the seniority level.

• ATS proficiency:

  Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other HR software.

• Communication:

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
