Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about recruitment and eager to make an impact in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will handle the full recruitment life cycle—from sourcing to successful on boarding—while ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Source resumes from job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals.

Screen candidates based on job descriptions and client requirements.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.

Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with candidates and clients.

Ensure timely updates are shared with clients regarding hiring progress.

Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare periodic hiring reports.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Requirements:

Strong interest in working within the healthcare recruitment domain.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with all major job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).

A self-starter with a results-driven attitude.
