Job Description Summary: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – BFSI Industry As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in the BFSI sector, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes to attract, assess, and onboard top talent across banking, financial services, and insurance verticals. You will partner closely with business leaders and HR to understand workforce needs and develop talent strategies aligned with organizational goals. The role demands deep industry knowledge, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to drive employer branding and process improvements in a highly competitive market. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior-level roles across BFSI functions (e.g., risk, compliance, operations, sales, analytics, underwriting). • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and selection criteria. • Utilize multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, campus, employee referrals, agencies) to build a robust talent pipeline. • Conduct screening, interviews, and candidate assessments, ensuring a high-quality experience. • Partner with HRBP and leadership on workforce planning and talent forecasting. • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership. • Ensure compliance with hiring policies, regulations, and data privacy norms. • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in the hiring process.
