Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Masin, you will play a critical role in attracting and

hiring top talent globally to support our growing business needs. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, build a strong employer brand, and ensure a seamless candidate experience, while aligning hiring practices with Masin’s core values of professionalism, excellence, and collaboration.


Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle for positions across

geographies, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer

management.

• Global Talent Sourcing: Utilize innovative sourcing strategies through job boards,

LinkedIn, industry forums, and referrals to attract high-caliber professionals for

consulting, expert witness, and support roles.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with department heads and leadership to

understand talent requirements, workforce planning, and deliver timely hiring

solutions.

• Employer Branding: Promote Masin’s employer brand by showcasing our expertise,

culture, and global opportunities on social media and professional platforms.

• Talent Pipeline: Develop and maintain a global pool of qualified candidates for

current and future positions to ensure proactive hiring.

• Process Excellence: Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience at every

stage, maintaining Masin’s reputation for excellence.

• Recruitment Analytics: Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill,

cost-per-hire, and quality of hire to improve processes and decision-making.


Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

(Master’s preferred).

• 5–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably in

consulting, legal, or professional services firms.

• Proven experience in global or multi-region hiring.

• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and recruitment best practices.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
