IT Manager

Job Description

Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and experienced IT Manager to lead and manage the company’s technology infrastructure and systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing IT operations, overseeing network and system administration, implementing cybersecurity measures, and supporting users across departments. This role requires both strategic thinking and day-to-day operational management to ensure seamless technology support across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily IT operations, including hardware, software, networks, and user support. Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, firewalls, routers, switches, and end-user systems. Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure system security and data integrity. Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues. Manage relationships with external IT vendors, service providers, and consultants. Lead IT-related projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and software implementations. Provide training and support to users across departments to improve tech literacy and resolve issues. Ensure data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans are in place and tested. Stay updated with the latest technology trends and propose relevant upgrades or improvements. Candidate Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 4–5 years of relevant experience. Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and support functions. Strong knowledge of network administration, system security, and cloud platforms. Experience with ERP systems, email servers, data protection, and cybersecurity protocols. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
