Talent Acquisition Specialist

You will be working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at KVR Group, a prominent business house in the Malabar Region of Kerala and one of the top Automobile Dealers in India. The company has dealership networks in various districts and is associated with leading automobile brands like Hyundai, Bajaj, KTM, Chetak, Tata Motors, Jeep, and Canon. KVR Group is currently expanding its business across multiple sectors. As a Recruitment Officer, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire recruitment process for KVR Group, starting from candidate sourcing to onboarding. You will collaborate closely with the Group HR Head and Department managers to identify the organization's staffing requirements and ensure a seamless recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain job descriptions and job specifications. - Utilize databases, social media, and other recruitment platforms to attract and engage potential candidates. - Screen candidates" resumes and applications effectively. - Conduct interviews using a variety of recruiting and selection tools. - Evaluate candidates" skills, experience, and qualifications thoroughly. - Establish and nurture candidate relationships throughout the selection process. - Manage recruitment databases and generate reports as needed. - Coordinate with the HR team and department heads to facilitate a smooth onboarding process. - Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends and best practices. Requirements: - Demonstrated experience in a Recruitment Officer role or similar position. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong decision-making abilities. - Proficiency in conducting different interview formats (e.g., phone, structured, group). - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases. - Ability to conduct various types of interviews effectively. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
