Job Summary :-

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Responsibilities :-

Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Identify candidates through job portals, professional networks, social platforms, and internal databases.
Conduct preliminary HR interviews to assess candidate fit and alignment with role requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and track recruitment progress.
Maintain accurate recruitment reports, and candidate pipelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR specialization preferred but not mandatory).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using job portals and recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
