Job Summary :-

Talent Acquisition Specialist


Job Responsibilities :-

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Identify candidates through job portals, professional networks, social platforms, and internal databases.
  • Conduct preliminary HR interviews to assess candidate fit and alignment with role requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and track recruitment progress.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment reports, and candidate pipelines.


Required Skills & Qualifications:-

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR specialization preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using job portals and recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
