Talent Acquisition Specialist
What this job involves;
Responsible for Recruitment operations & end to end recruitment
Sourcing, screening, interview logistics, candidate assessment, comp negotiation, post offer engagement
Regular meetings with the hiring managers
Maintain minimum 18-20 joiners in a month
Ageing to be under 8% of total REQs
Candidate and hiring manager survey score to be 4.5 and above (out of 5)
Manage effective source of hire. Direct sourcing, leverage external career site, Professional networking site, drive internal talent mobility etc.
Partnering with stakeholders and execute all the aspects of TA to drive the deliverables of the Account along with Manager
Attracting Diverse Talent and maintain pipeline
Key Skills
Extremely good communication
Stakeholder management skills
MIS/reporting skills
