Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for BFSI roles using job portals, social media, and internal databases
  • Coordinate and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fit
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and role expectations
  • Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer rollouts
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards
  • Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and industry regulations
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings
  • Stay updated on BFSI hiring trends and market intelligence

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the BFSI sector
  • Familiarity with BFSI job roles and industry terminology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment tools
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines efficiently
