Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the documentation and contracts process for compliance with regulatory requirements.
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as agreements, contracts, and policies.
Provide legal advice and support on contractual matters and disputes.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective contract management.
Develop and implement legal procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure all legal documents are properly stored and maintained.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of legal principles and practices related to documentation and contracts.
Excellent drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills for legal documents.
