Job Description

Talent Acquisition

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organisational goals

• Draft, review, and update job descriptions and role specifications in collaboration with hiring managers

• Conduct job analysis to define responsibilities, qualifications, and performance expectations

• Post job openings across multiple platforms, including job boards, newspapers, and campus portals

• Source candidates through databases, social media, job portals, and innovative sourcing techniques

• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates

• Conduct structured and competency-based interviews

• Evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit

• Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness

• Partner with department heads to forecast and fulfil hiring needs

• Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, HR

Operations

• Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs to ensure smooth integration

• Organize and facilitate Rewards & Recognition (RNR) sessions to promote employee engagement

• Assist in payroll processing, including data validation and coordination with finance

• Maintain and monitor attendance records and leave management systems

• Support HR compliance and documentation processes

• Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR operational efficiency

• Contribute to HR audits and ensure adherence to statutory requirements

• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and generate periodic reports for leadership

• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in conducting various interview formats (structured, stress, competency-based)

• Skilled in selection techniques, including phone screening and reference checks

• Familiarity with HR databases, ATS, job portals, and CMS tools

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Excellent judgment and candidate evaluation capabilities
