Job Description

Responsibilities of a Talent Acquisition Specialist:

  • Workforce Planning & Requirement Analysis
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Define job descriptions, role requirements, and hiring criteria.
  • Sourcing & Outreach
  • Source candidates using job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and headhunting.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future needs.
  • Screening & Shortlisting
  • Review resumes and applications to match skills with job requirements.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
  • Interview Coordination
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Prepare candidates with necessary information about the role and process.
  • Candidate Experience
  • Ensure a smooth and professional recruitment experience.
  • Communicate timely updates and feedback to candidates.
  • Assessment & Selection
  • Administer assessments or tests (if required).
  • Participate in panel discussions and evaluate candidate performance.
  • Offer & Onboarding
  • Extend job offers, negotiate salary, and close hiring formalities.
  • Coordinate onboarding with HR and ensure a seamless joining process.
  • Employer Branding
  • Promote the company as an employer of choice.
  • Represent the organization at job fairs, career events, and social media platforms.
  • Data & Reporting
  • Maintain recruitment data and track hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire).
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management.
  • Compliance
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
