Job Description

Job Title: HR Recruiter

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent, while ensuring smooth coordination with consultants and maintaining positive employer branding.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.  Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions.  Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking.  Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with technical/functional interviewers.  Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.).  Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.  Coordinate with external consultants for manpower requirements, ensuring timely communication and feedback.  Follow up with consultants on candidate status, documentation, and ensure timely processing of related payments.  Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and consultants to enhance employer branding.  Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications & Skills

 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.  Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.  Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job boards, and social media sourcing.  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.  Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.  High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail. Preferred  Experience recruiting for [industry-specific roles, e.g., IT/Edtech/Corporate].  Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
