Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Mumbai. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, interviewing, and hiring. The specialist will also focus on employer branding to attract talent aligned with the company's values and culture. In addition, the role involves coordinating with various departments to understand staffing needs and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
