Talent Acquisition Specialist

ARTIUM is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruitment efforts for our online platform. This role provides a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition while contributing to the growth of our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Support job postings across various platforms and help screen applications.
• Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates via emails and calls.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Engage with candidates to ensure a smooth and positive hiring experience.
• Research industry trends and suggest innovative recruitment approaches.
• Support employer branding initiatives on social media and other platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Interest in talent acquisition and a passion for recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and recruitment tools is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹550,000.00 per year
