Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist – IT & Non-IT

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist – IT & Non-IT to join our team in Hyderabad. This role involves a strong focus on recruitment (70%), while also supporting administrative and operational HR tasks (30%). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT and non-IT hiring, including sales hiring, bulk hiring, and high-volume recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment (70%)

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and Non-IT roles
• Execute high-volume and bulk hiring drives, particularly for sales and support functions
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
• Conduct initial screening, interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate database and pipelines for current and future needs

HR Admin & Operations (30%)

• Support daily HR operations, documentation, and compliance
• Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communications
• Assist with onboarding, joining formalities, and background verification
• Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and MIS

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with exposure to both IT and Non-IT hiring
• Prior experience in sales hiring, bulk hiring, and volume-based recruitment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles at once
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
