Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, located on-site in Ahmedabad. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The role involves developing and executing an effective employer branding strategy to attract top talent. Daily tasks will include coordinating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, posting job adverts, and conducting interviews.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-Life-Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
• Strong skills in Interviewing and Recruiting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
