Talent Acquisition Specialist

Cornerstone Information Technology is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru. In this full-time hybrid role, you will have the flexibility to work remotely. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring processes, employer branding, interviewing, and recruitment strategies. To excel in this role, you should have expertise in full-life cycle recruiting and hiring, employer branding, and recruitment strategies. Strong interviewing techniques and experience in creating effective recruitment strategies are essential. Additionally, excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to succeed in this position. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with the team. Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems is necessary. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
