Role & Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across technology, product, and corporate functions—from requisition intake to signed offer.
- Build and execute multichannel sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and social campaigns.
- Screen, assess, and shortlist high-intent candidates, ensuring an exceptional remote interview experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to refine job requirements, develop scorecards, and drive data-backed hiring decisions.
- Maintain up-to-date candidate data, pipelines, and reports within our ATS, ensuring 100% data integrity and compliance.
- Champion employer branding initiatives—market insights, talent mapping, and event participation—to attract passive talent.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3+ years full-cycle recruiting for tech or professional roles in high-growth environments.
- Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-Ray search, and modern ATS (Lever, Greenhouse, or similar).
- Proven ability to manage 15+ concurrent requisitions with tight SLAs.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and data storytelling skills.
- Fluent English communication and familiarity with Indian employment norms.
Preferred
- Experience hiring across APAC, EMEA, or Americas timezones.
- Knowledge of HR analytics, diversity hiring, and employer value-prop campaigns.
- Certification in Talent Acquisition, SHRM-CP, or equivalent.
