Role & Responsibilities Elicit, document, and prioritise functional and non-functional requirements from cross-functional stakeholders. Analyse large data sets and market trends to identify performance gaps, cost-saving opportunities, and growth levers. Create user stories, process maps, and wireframes that guide product, engineering, and design teams. Develop SQL queries and interactive dashboards to validate hypotheses and track KPIs in real time. Facilitate Agile ceremonies—backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives—to keep delivery on schedule. Champion continuous improvement by defining success metrics and leading post-implementation reviews. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. 3+ years as a Business Analyst within SaaS, e-commerce, or fintech environments. Proficiency in SQL and Excel for exploratory and diagnostic analytics. Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps. Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management abilities. Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and documentation. Preferred Exposure to BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. Knowledge of basic Python or R for data wrangling. Familiarity with API integrations and cloud data warehouses.
