As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking dynamic Freelance Business Development Professionals who can help us onboard new recruitment clients in key markets. Key Responsibilities Identify, engage, and onboard new recruitment clients across the Middle East, India, Philippines, Sweden, and Australia. Build and maintain strong relationships with HR and Procurement teams of companies requiring recruitment services. Promote our recruitment services (IT & Non-IT hiring, contract and permanent staffing) and drive leads to closure. Collaborate with the internal delivery/recruitment team to ensure smooth onboarding and service kickoff. Maintain market knowledge and stay updated on hiring trends in the target geographies. Compensation Structure Lump Sum Payment Per Onboarding: Attractive one-time payout for every successfully onboarded client (details will be discussed during the interview). No fixed salary; performance-based earnings only. Higher conversions mean higher payouts. Ideal Candidate Profile Proven experience in business development or client acquisition, preferably in recruitment or staffing industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to independently manage outreach and close deals. Strong network and understanding of the hiring landscape in any of the targeted regions.
