Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment:

    Manage the full recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and following up.
  • Sourcing Candidates:

    Use various channels such as job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster), social media (LinkedIn), employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Job Postings:

    Create and publish attractive job descriptions across platforms to attract suitable candidates.
  • Candidate Screening:

    Evaluate resumes, conduct telephonic and video interviews, assess skill match, cultural fit, and alignment with job role.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:

    Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure timely closures.
  • Database Management:

    Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) or Excel tracker.
  • Offer Management:

    Help in preparing offer letters, negotiating salaries (if applicable), and closing candidates.
  • Onboarding Support:

    Assist in the smooth onboarding of selected candidates and ensure proper documentation is completed.
  • Reporting:

    Maintain weekly and monthly recruitment reports and analytics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.).
