As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in building high-performing teams. You will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and hiring top talent across diverse functions while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. This role requires a proactive professional with experience in hiring for both technical and non-technical positions, especially within the manufacturing or engineering domain.

Key Responsibilities

●    Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, define role requirements, and prepare clear, effective job descriptions.

●    Strategically source candidates using multiple channels — campus drives, job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.

●    Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and offer negotiation.

●    Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.

●    Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.

●    Coordinate with external consultants, staffing agencies, and campus placement officers.

●    Ensure timely communication and an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

●    Leverage data and insights to improve recruitment quality, speed, and efficiency.

●    Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and innovative hiring practices.

●    Handle pre-joining documentation and onboarding process for selected candidates.
