Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top sales talent in the education industry.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, ETC.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for sales skills, communication, and cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards and provide regular hiring updates to management.
• Build a strong pipeline of sales candidates for current and future needs.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to understand trends in sales hiring.
• Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-8 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on

  sales hiring

  (experience in education/ed-tech preferred).
• Deep understanding of sales profiles, KPIs, and performance expectations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume recruitment with quick turnaround time.
• Strong stakeholder management and decision-making ability.

Preferences

1)Fluent English & any South Indian Languages is a must(Tamil ,Kannada ,Malayalam ,Telugu)

2)Male Candidates preferred.

3)Should be ready to work 6 days a week (Sunday fixed week off)

4)Hands on experience in giving 10-15 joiners per month.
