Job Description

You will be responsible for architecting optimized salesforce solutions, designing, coding, unit testing, performance testing, and supporting Salesforce.com applications and integrations. As an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Senior Salesforce Developer, you will mentor the team on best coding practices, review team-written code, and ensure that only optimized code is deployed to production. Your expertise should include hands-on experience with LWC (Lightning Web Components), Events, PubSub Model, Aura Pub Sub Model, Component Life Cycle, Using Public Properties, Wire methods, Usage of Apex Classes with Wire and imperative Calls. You should have implementation knowledge of LDS in both LWC and Aura Components, as well as proficiency in Lightning Aura Components, Visual Force pages, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Test Classes, Components, Custom Settings, Workflow, Inbound/Outbound Services in both Web Services and REST API. Additionally, you should be skilled in creating Mock Test Classes for Http Callout classes and Web Service Call Out classes, proficient in debugging, and familiar with tools like Postman and SOAPUI for Integration. Fluency in querying Salesforce database using SOQL & SOSL queries is essential. The position offers a 5-day workweek with Saturdays and Sundays off. The ideal candidate will be a graduate with at least 4 years of solid Salesforce development experience and experience in architecting salesforce solutions. Experience in Agile development methodologies is preferred. You should be detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent writing and communication skills. The ability to proactively drive tasks with a sense of responsibility and ownership in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is crucial. Key skills for this role include superior organization, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, along with an ownership and accountability attitude. Data orientation and analytical ability are also desired traits. This position requires 3-6 years of relevant experience in the Edutech industry. The role falls under the Non-Academics functional area and the educational requirement is a B. Tech degree.
