Job Title: Talent Acquisition Recruiter Location: Coimbatore Department: Human Resources Reporting To: HR Manager / Talent Acquisition Head Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our HR team. The role involves managing the full recruitment life cycle—from identifying staffing needs to sourcing and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate should be passionate about people, recruitment strategies, and building a strong employer brand. Key Responsibilities Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and create effective job descriptions Source and attract candidates using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews (phone/online/in-person) Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers Manage and maintain applicant tracking system and recruitment reports Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Conduct background checks and coordinate with HR for offer roll-out and onboarding Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices Represent the company at job fairs, campus drives, and other recruitment events Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good understanding of recruitment techniques and platforms Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Familiarity with ATS and HR software (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Zoho Recruit, etc.) Strong organizational and decision-making skills Good negotiation and persuasion skills Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR is a plus) 1–3 years of experience in recruitment Experience in technical or manufacturing recruitment is an advantage Show more Show less
