Sales Executive – Glass Partition & Interior Designing Projects

Location: CoimbatoreJob Type: Full-timeDepartment: Sales & DesignReports To: Sales Manager Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to promote and sell glass partition systems and interior design solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B or project-based sales within the architecture, interior, or construction industries. You will be responsible for lead generation, client meetings, preparing proposals, and closing deals.Key Responsibilities:Generate new business leads for glass partitions and interior projects through field visits, cold calling, and networking.Understand client requirements and recommend suitable partition systems and design solutions.Prepare and present technical/commercial proposals and quotations.Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and end clients.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Coordinate with design and project teams for smooth handover after order confirmation.Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.Follow up on payments and ensure client satisfaction after project completion. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.2–3 years of sales experience in interior design, glass partitions, or related industries.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or interior materials is a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
