Job Title: Site Supervisor – Office Furniture & Interior Designing Project InstallationLocation: CoimbatoreJob Type: Full-timeDepartment: Operations / ProjectsReports To: Project Manager / Operations HeadJob Summary:We are seeking a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage the on-site installation of office furniture and interior designing projects. The ideal candidate will ensure all site work is completed efficiently, safely, and according to design specifications and timelines.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage the installation of office furniture and interior fit-out projects at client sites.Read and interpret design layouts, technical drawings, and project plans.Coordinate daily tasks with project managers, designers, vendors, and clients.Lead a team of installers, carpenters, and laborers; assign duties and oversee performance.Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail in every stage of the installation.Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.Conduct regular site inspections and safety checks.Maintain inventory of tools, furniture components, and materials at the site.Resolve on-site issues quickly and efficiently in coordination with the project manager.Prepare and submit daily work reports and progress updates.Qualifications & Skills:Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred).4–5 years of experience in site supervision for office furniture or interior design projects.Strong leadership and time management skills.Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and layouts.Basic knowledge of tools, hardware, and installation processes.Good communication and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of site safety regulations and protocols.Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and project reporting tools.Willingness to travel to project sites and work flexible hours if required.
