Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition role based in Ludhiana East. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill key roles within the organization. The individual will develop and manage employer branding strategies, build talent pipelines for future hiring needs, and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and assist in talent market research and recruitment campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and recruitment processes
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing hiring strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Experience in employer branding and engagement strategies
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, HR software, and recruitment tools
  • Ability to analyze talent market trends and adjust hiring methods accordingly
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
